Orders are generally processed and packed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.

During sales, new launches, or high-order periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Any applicable free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment.

Please make sure your name, phone number and complete delivery address are correct before placing your order.

Swell Stickers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
