1. Are Swell Stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are designed to be waterproof and scratch-resistant, making them suitable for everyday use on bottles, laptops, notebooks, phone cases and other smooth surfaces.

2. Where can I use the stickers?

You can use them on laptops, water bottles, notebooks, phone cases, diaries, mirrors, helmets, cars and other smooth, clean surfaces.

For the best results, avoid applying them to rough, dusty, oily or highly textured surfaces.

3. Are the stickers scratch-proof?

Our stickers are designed to be scratch-resistant and durable for everyday use. However, like any sticker, they can still be damaged by excessive rubbing, sharp objects or rough handling.

4. How do I apply a sticker?

Simply clean and dry the surface first. Peel the sticker carefully, place it where you want it, and press it down firmly from the centre toward the edges.

5. Can I remove the sticker?

Yes. You can carefully peel the sticker from one corner. The ease of removal may depend on the surface and how long the sticker has been applied.

6. How long do the stickers last?

With normal indoor use and proper application, our stickers can last a long time. Their lifespan can vary depending on sunlight, water exposure, surface type and handling.

7. Do you offer individual stickers?

Yes. We offer individual stickers as well as sticker sheets, depending on the collection.

8. What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 6 stickers.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

COD is available on orders above ₹699. Orders below ₹699 need to be prepaid.

10. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, followed by delivery depending on your location and courier service.

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

11. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and help you with the appropriate solution.

13. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Our products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
